Lifelong Mental Activity & Everyday CognitionYaşam Boyu Zihinsel Aktivite ve Günlük Biliş
The Lancet Commission brings together global evidence on factors across the life course, including education and staying cognitively, physically and socially active. Research on executive functions and cognitive reserve describes how working memory, attention and flexible thinking work together across life, and mindfulness research looks at attention and self-regulation. MeMotivate draws on these ideas by offering short, varied daily activities in memory, spatial orientation and attention.
